اثربخشی الگوی چندمحوری انتخاب شغل بر توسعه مشاغل خانگی کوچک و متوسط

چکیده

زمینه و هدف  به دلیل افزایش جمعیت جوانان و ناهماهنگی بین نیازهای بازار کار با آنچه در نظام آموزشی آموزش داده می‏شود باید اقداماتی در زمینه بهبود وضعیت شغلی صورت گیرد. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثربخشی الگوی چندمحوری انتخاب شغل شفیع‏آبادی در توسعه مشاغل خانگی کوچک و متوسط انجام گردید.
مواد و روش‌ها طرح پژوهش نیمه‌تجربی بود که در سال 1398 بر 40 نفر در حوزه مشاغل خانگی کوچک و متوسط در دو گروه آزمایش (n=20) و کنترل (n=20). از طریق نمونه‏گیری به‏صورت خوشه‏ای هدفمند از بین 10 کارگاه در شهر مشهد انجام گردید. گروه آزمایش 8 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای آموزش‌های موردنیاز را دریافت کردند. داده‏ها با مقیاس پرسشنامه استاندارد تحلیل‏ سازوکارهای توسعه مشاغل کوچک و متوسط کریمی و همکاران (1393). طی سه مرحله قبل و پس از مداخله و سه ماه بعد از جمع‏آوری و با استفاده از آزمون کوواریانس چندمتغیری (MANCOVA) تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها یافته‏ها نشان داد میانگین نمرات مؤلفه‏های (مالی، آموزشی، مدیریتی، ارتباطی و کل عوامل) در مرحله پس‌آزمون و پیگیری نسبت به پیش‌آزمون به طور معناداری افزایش یافت (p نتیجه‌گیری در نتیجه الگوی چندمحوری انتخاب شغل شفیع‏آبادی بر توسعه مشاغل خانگی کوچک و متوسط مؤثر بود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Considering the increase in the population of the youth and the discrepancy between what is taught in the educational system and what is needed in work place, there is a need to improve work conditions. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of Shafiabady's Multiaxial Pattern of Vocational Choice in the development of small- and mid-sized home-based businesses. Materials and Methods: This research project, which is semiexperimental, was based on 40 people in the field of small and medium home-based jobs in Mashhad in 2019. Through sampling as a targeted cluster out of 10 workshops in Mashhad in two groups -- the experimental group (n = 20) and control group (n = 20) were performed. The experimental group underwent 8 group sessions for 90 minutes. Data were collected and analyzed using the standard analysis-maker questionnaire and works on the development of small and mid-sized businesses of Karimi et al. (2014) during the three stages before and after the intervention and 3 months later and using multi-variable covariance (MANCOVA) test.
Results: The results showed that the mean scores of the components (financial and facilities, educational, managerial, communication and total factors) increased significantly in the post-test and follow-up stages compared to the pre-test (p <0.05). Also, in the support component, it showed a significant increase only in the follow-up phase compared to the pre-test (p <0.05).
Conclusion: As a result, the Shafiabady's Multiaxial Pattern of Vocational Choice was effective in developing small and medium-sized home-based businesses.
