کارآیی آموزش مبتنی بر طرحواره درمانی بر عملکرد خانواده در زنان متاهل مراجعه کننده به مرکز مشاور خانواده (کارایی آموزش مبتنی بر طرح‌واره درمانی بر عملکرد خانواده در زنان متأهل)

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: عملکرد خانواده از مهمترین شاخص ها برای تضمین کیفیت زندگی و سلامت روان اعضای خانواده می باشد و توانایی مقابله خانواده را با استرس ها و تعارضات نشان می‌دهد. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی کارآیی آموزش مبتنی بر طرحواره درمانی در زنان متاهل بر عملکرد خانواده انجام شد.
مواد و روش ها: پژوهش حاضر، نیمه تجربی با طرح پیش آزمون و پس آزمون و گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماری مراجعین زن متاهل مرکز مشاوره منطقه 5 تهران بودند. حجم نمونه با نرم افزار G*power 30 نفر محاسبه شد. داوطلبین به شیوه در دسترس، با در نظر گرفتن معیارهای ورود و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه جایگزین شدند. عملکرد خانواده دو گروه با ابزار سنحش خانواده مک مستر (1960)، سنجیده شد. گروه آزمایش 13 جلسه آموزش مبتنی بر طرحواره، دریافت کردند. شرکت کنندگان پس از آموزش و یک ماه بعد مجددا پرسشنامه را تکمیل نمودند. جهت تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار 24-spss ، تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری و سطح معناداری برابر با 0/05 استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج کوواریانس چند متغیری نشان داد که عملکرد خانواده در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه گواه پس از جلسات آموزشی تفاوت معناداری داشت (0/05>p).
نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان دهنده بهبود قابل توجه آزمودنی ها در عملکرد کلی خانواده در مقایسه با ابتدای مطالعه بود. بر این اساس آموزش مبتنی بر طرحواره درمانی بر بهبود عملکرد خانواده تاثیر دارد.

چکیده [English]

Background: Family performance is one of the most important indices warranting the family life quality and psychological health and shows family’s coping skill against distresses, conflicts and problems. So the present research seeks to study the efficacy of an education based on schema therapy in married women.
Materials & Methods: the present research was quasi experimental study with pre- and post- tests and control group. Statistical society was Tehran 5th district family counseling center married women’s clients. Sample size was estimated 30 persons with G*power software. Volunteers through available sampling after considering inclusion criteria were randomly assigned into two experimental and control groups. Family performance in both groups assisted by Mc Master Family assessment device (FAD) (1960). The experimental group received 13 educational sessions based on schema therapy. After the training and one month later, the participants completed again the questionnaire. The data was analyzed by means of spss software version 24 and MANCOVA at a significant level of 0.05.
Results: analysis by MANCOVA showed family performance in experimental group after education were significantly different compaired to control group (p<0.05).
Conclusion: the results of this research showed significant improvement in family performance in experimental group compaired to beginning of the survey. So education based on schema therapy was effective on family performance.
